  • Placed and compacted approximately 70,000 Cubic Yards of soil that will be used for the Great Promontory’s core earth structure
  • Began placing soil for the main parking lot and the Courtyard of the Winds
  • Oklahoma Energy Resource Board (OERB) removed all stockpiled oil field rubble from the property 
August (2006)
  • Continued hauling in soil for the Great Promontory
  • Finished the initial grading required by the early site package

  • Completed initial gravel base for the entrance road to the future loading dock

  • Initial site clearing of brush, trees, concrete rubble, tires, pipe, etc.

  • Removal of abandoned utility line that passed through the basement area

  • Construction and set-up of Centennial Builders' jobsite trailer complex
